Ingredients 6-8 piece porkloin steaks. 2 cup Italian salad dressing 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp hot sauce 1.5 cup barbecue sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper kosher salt lemon juice One Chopped onion (optional)
Directions Mix ingredients together; add pork steak, mix well, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Preheat the grill frist, then place steaks on grill. Sear on both sides, turning and basting steaks druing cooking with the remaind souce, Keep lid closed. |
