Ingredients 1lb Asparagus, trimmed 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2tbsp pickled hot pepper 1/2tsp vinegar 1/4tbsp sugar table salt ground black pepper 1/2tdsp sliced green onion
Directions Put Asparagus into boiling water, until asparagus crisp-tender, drain thoroughly. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan, add pickled hot peppers , vinegar, salt, sugar, medium heat cook for about 3 minutes, add ground black pepper and green onion. pour sauce over asparagus and server. |
